This listing is for a high quality TD5 Injector Wiring Harness Loom, from Allmakes.
The Td5 engine can produce crank case pressure forcing oil into the injector loom, sending it all the way to the electronic control unit, this then can play havoc with the running off the vehicle. A good way to check to see if your loom is contaminated is to locate the ECU and remove the large red plug. If this is contaminated with oil then your injector loom is at fault. The ECU is located under the drivers seat on Defenders and beside the battery under the bonnet of Discovery 2s. Do not forget to clean this all out when replacing the loom. This replacement loom has been modified to seal against further oil ingress.
