MUD UK Dash Switch USB Socket
These USB sockets are designed to match the design of the factory dashboard switches on Defenders from 2002, and simply slot into the factory switch apertures on the Defender Td5 & Puma dashboards. The MUD Land Rover USB socket will also fit the apertures within the Freelander 1, Discovery 2 & Range Rover Classic Soft Dash, although a different design to the standard switches.
USB (A) socket is 12V quick charge 3.0 rated.
Wiring supplied with inline 2A fuse.
Supplied with a mini-harness to provide a simple two wire installation. Fitting instructions included. These are supplied with the illumination fed from the live that supplies the socket. This can be changed to be fed from the dashboard illumination if you prefer by simply change the small red wire on terminal three from terminal one to the dash illumination supply within your dashboard. These instructions are also included with the product.
