Description

Dunlop Hitachi Style Air Suspension Compressor

The air suspension fitted to Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover Sports is a fantastically capable system, but it isn’t without its faults. Over time the compressors can wear and can cause faults with the vehicles suspension. These can be replaced by the later AMK compressors where the vehicle needs recoding to suit, however these Dunlop compressors will fit straight in as a direct replacement for the standard Hitachi compressor with no need to reprogram the vehicle. Simply clear the faults and go.

Please note: it is important that the relay is replaced for the air suspensions compressor at the time as the unit itself.

Later Range Rover Sports and Discovery 3 and 4 models use AMK compressors. This will not fit these later vehicles.

This corresponds to the following part numbers:
LR012705, LR023964, YWB500220

This will fit the following vehicles:
Land Rover Discovery 3 – With Hitachi Compressor
Land Rover Discovery 4 – With Hitachi Compressor
Range Rover Sport – With Hitachi Compressor
