Description

DefenderVENT Demister Kit
 
As standard, the demisters in Defenders are not very good, and wont even touch the side windows. Improve your visibility with this simple upgrade kit. These are high quality components and leave a factory looking finish, but work far better than the day the car rolled off the production line! The DefenderVENT has uprated windscreen vents to produce a far wider spread of air over the screen, as well as directing part of the flow into the side vents to clear the windows and see your mirrors again. 
 
 
In order to direct the flow even more, this kit also includes new vent bezels for the top of the dashboard, which have a rotating baffle to either restrict, redirect or block the flow of air to the windscreen, channeling more to the side windows. 
 
 
These kits are simple to install, with everything you need included already. You will need a 22mm holesaw for the side vents. These can be fitted into late style TD5 dashboards in under 2 hours and are a simple DIY upgrade you can do at home.
 
Please note: Land Rover fitted 2 sizes of vent on the Ninety/One Ten/Defender model, narrow 205mm and wide 305mm vents. This kit will only work with the later 305mm vents fitted after 1989 up to 2007.
 
 These will fit the following vehicles:
Land Rover Ninety/One Ten – From VIN 453192 1989 On
Land Rover Defender – To 2007 (Pre TDCI models)
